• We accept payments through Stripe for all orders. All payment transactions are processed securely.
• Nur’s Collection does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 17-21 working days and are processed directly from our trusted suppliers.
• Shipping charges for domestic orders are included in the product prices, and no additional fees will be charged at checkout.
• The delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on external factors.

6. Refund and Return Policy

• No refunds or exchanges are allowed unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
• If an error occurs, the item will be replaced within 7-10 working days, and the damaged item must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Custom size changes are not refundable once an order has been processed.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they have been placed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
