Shipping takes 17-21 working days as all products are directly shipped from trusted suppliers. During sales periods, shipping times may be extended by up to 7 additional days.
Shipping charges are already included in the product prices for domestic orders. Customers will not need to pay any additional shipping fees.
A confirmation email will be sent once the order is dispatched for delivery. Shipment will be proceeded within 2 working days after the order is placed.
If there is no contact from the courier company, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up via email or Instagram.
The courier company will attempt two deliveries before canceling the order. If no successful delivery is made, the order will be canceled with no refund.
Important: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. If the courier company finds an invalid or incorrect address, the parcel may be misplaced or returned. Nur’s Collection will not be responsible for any misplaced or returned parcels due to address issues.
International shipping takes 21-27 working days, depending on the destination, via a trusted third-party courier company.
International shipping fees are covered by the customer and will be calculated at checkout, based on the destination country and location.
Important: In some cases, DHL may deliver to a service center in the recipient’s country rather than directly to the customer’s location. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to pick up the package from the service center, if applicable.
Shipping fees may fluctuate based on external factors. If shipping costs increase after the order is placed, Nur’s Collection will inform the customer of the updated cost, and the customer agrees to pay any additional fees via a payment link.

Ready-to-Wear Items
In case of a mixed order with ready-to-wear and non-ready-to-wear items, all items will be delivered together once the non-ready-to-wear items are ready.
Refund Policy
No refunds or exchanges are available unless there is an error on our part, or the item is damaged.
If a mistake or damage occurs in the order, the item will be replaced within 7-10 working days. The customer must notify us and return the wrong or damaged item within 3 days from the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
If an abaya is delivered without the requested design, the customer will receive a refund of AED 30 as a discount code for future purchases.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not possible.
In the event of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Ordering Policy
All abayas are available in free size with the option to adjust the length.
If an order is made for the wrong size or with incorrect measurements, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. You must provide a video showing the abaya’s measurements using a tape measure. We will arrange a collection for alterations, but no returns or exchanges are allowed for incorrect sizes after delivery.
Alterations or exchanges are not possible post-delivery unless the mistake is on our part.
Payment Gateway
We use Stripe, a secure and trusted payment gateway, for all transactions.
No Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted.
All payments must be made via Stripe during checkout to ensure a safe and seamless transaction process.
